UFC

Ryan had some friends over for the "UFC" fight. I had asked him what he was having for food, and he told me that this was his deal and to not worry about it!! So, i had to let it go (which is hard for me since it was at our house, wanting to make sure there was plenty of food, etc) but I just let him do his thing and he did a great job!! He ordered some appetizers from Chili's and I was very impressed!! Anyway, they had a great night watching the big fight!!!

Viva Las Vegas!!

We went to Vegas in january for ryan's brother's 40th birthday!

I know what your all thinking, ryan is 12 years younger than his oldest brother and 10 years younger from his other brother!! His parents weren't planning on having any more kids and 10 years later here comes Ryan!!

I am glad ryan was a mistake, for my sake!!! We had a ball in Vegas!! Who doesn't when they go to viva las vegas, right?!!! His girlfriend Stephani surprised him with alot of friends and family that came into town for the big 40th!! We hung out all weekend, shopping, eating at in-n-out burger which was fabulous!! Eating at some great restaurants and more!! It was so fun to be there with family and friends!! Great job Steph!! It was such a fun weekend!!

BIG "30"

So, I know this post is way past due, but I've wanted to post some of these pics but just haven't yet, so better late than never.

My hubby turned "30" in September 2008 (I know, i'm late) I surprised him with a surprise birthday party at our house!! It was so much fun!! I found numbers to old hockey buddies, i even surprised ryan and found his buddy that he had lost contact with who lives back in Maine that he played hockey with!! It was great talking and meeting up with old friends!! His brother and his girlfriend was also able to come up from Vegas, thanks guys it meant alot to us!! So, my husband is so hard to surprise so i completely hid everything and acted like nothing was going on. There is something that i will never forget, ryan went out to get the mail one day and some of the invitations had come back due to lack of enough stamps (don't ask) it was a joke, anyway the post office had stacked them all together and wrapped an elastic around them, ryan didn't even look through them, so he came in the house and handed them to me and i could of died, i quickly played it off and said are you kidding me, they got returned, they were for my clients??! he didn't say anything and i was so glad!
So i set up this whole thing to have two of his hockey buddies call him and ask him if he wanted to go play golf in the morning and then two of them were going to ref a hockey camp, so it was perfect!! So the day came and the guys came to get ryan and i acted like i was going to work and when they left i got everything put together!! I rented a big blow up waterslide for all of the kids, since all of our friends have kids. We put it over on Lance and Heather's lawn (thanks guys) and when they brought ryan home he saw all the cars and thought, "Oh, i guess lance and heather must be having a party cause he could see the waterslide before they turned onto our street, so he was totally surprised!! I was quite proud of myself because i can never surprise the kid!! To make a long story short, we all had a great time and he was surprised. I love you baby!!!
