Ryan and I went to Canada for 2 weeks!! We had so much fun, we always have such a great time up there with the family, i especially loved being able to see my cutest nephews ever! This was the 1st time i got to meet my newest nephew Easten!! It was so great to finally meet him. We did so many fun things while we were there, we went to a 40th wedding anniversay of some friends, went into Winnipeg and got to see the zOo, we went to a Go-cArT PaRk and had a blast!! Brady got a new SaNd BoX!!

This is such a huge post that i'm going to do two parts for this trip to CANADA....
Sorry there are so many pics, but i wanted to put all the pics in that i thought were cute, there were so many of them, it's so hard to decide which to put in and which ones not to.

So my sister has a ton of Cats around on the farm, i personally don't care for the cats,

but they are great for keeping the mice away,

they always have a ton of new baby kittens, they are cute...

We had fireworks for the 4th of July! I know, we were in a whole other country

that doesn't celebrate the 4th, but hey, we were there so we had to show some patriotism!!

These are the huge steaks that we get to eat while up there on the farm, they are the freshiest

steaks ever, they raise there own beef cattle!!

"BITTER" and "SWEET"

I'll start with the "bitter" and end on a "sweeter" note: Today is my Cute Mom's and Cute Sister's Birthday. My youngest Sister Brittany was killed 6 years ago this past June in a car accident. It is so hard not to have her here anymore. I just try to get through June and July because they are very difficult months to get through, alot of emotion and alot of heart ache and loneliness not having my sister here anymore. She was born on my Mom's birthday so it's a hard day as well as a day that you want to celebrate and be happy for my Mom's sake!! If i take a look back on this day it really is neat to have her born on my mom's birthday. She would of been "26", we miss you so much britt and wish that you were still here to wish you a "Happy Birthday" and give you a great big HUG!!! Life hasn't been the same since you passed away, but i try to hold onto the great memories I have of you and with you!! I love you and miss you tonz!!! Mom, i hope you had a great birthday, we always still try to make it the best birthday we can, you are a great mom and we love you so much!!

I feel horrible that i haven't posted sooner of my cute, sweet new little nephew! I have been

a procrastinator. I haven't seen him yet, except on the web cam, but were going up to Canada

the end of this month!!! I'm so excited to see both nephews!! I Love them so much!!!

CaKe DeCoRaTiNg

I took a "Wilton Cake Decorating Class" with my cousin Emily. We took Course 1 which we learned about making roses and buttercream frosting and many other things!! It was a ton of fun, i love baking so this was way fun to learn a bunch of different things that has to do with baking!! I had to make a cake each week and make buttercream icing with 3 different consistencies. I love chocolate so you can very well guess what my cake was every week. The first week i put a bavarian cream filling in the middle of my chocolate cake which was delicious!! I had bought this bavarian cream filling some time back and was going to use it for cupcakes, so it came in handy for me for this class.

i had to make a thin, medium and stiff consistency
for cake decorating

This was my 1st cake, a little shabby but this rainbow cake was

very hard to make, i had to switch out the same tip for all the different

colors of the rainbow, which you can see i only got to 2 colors, it took me to long

and i ran out of time, so this is how i had to leave it, not looking to good.

I could not figure out how they get the frosting to look so smooth and not drag pieces of cake with your frosting, i learned i should of used a huge tip for frosting the cake first, instead

of using a spatula to smear the frosting onto the cake. I learned alot of valuable things to be a better baker!!

SO EXCITED!!!

I am so happy to annouce that i have a "NEW SISTER IN LAW" in the Snow family!! Ryan's brother Paul just proposed to his girlfriend Stephani!! They are perfect for each other!! We are so happy to have Steph part of the Snow Family!!! We are very excited for you guys!! It's funny, Ryan said this morning to me that he had a feeling that his brother would marry Steph!!

Boy was he right on!!

Happy Birthday to my cute Sister!! Mandee is 27 today!! I just wanted to tell her how much i love her and how much i look up to her!! I hope you had a great day sister!! Sorry i wasn't up there to celebrate with you. I promise you one of these birthdays i will be there to celebrate with you!! You are a great sister, Britt and I are so lucky to have you as our sister!!! I love you very much and wish we could live closer to each other to go play all the time!!
