Brady turns "2"

I flew up to be in canada for brady's 2nd birthday!! My Mom, aunt, cousin, and granny were already up there, it was a ton of fun just having all of the girls there. We did so much while we were up there. It's always so fun to be up in the country and relax!!

Brady, i can't believe how big you are!! It was so much fun to be up in Canada with you on your birthday!! Auntie can't believe how fast it's gone by, you are such a big boy now and i am so very proud to be your Auntie, I love you so much!! When i look back at all the pictures we've taken of you, it's amazing to me to see how big you are. I love to call and just sit on the phone and listen to you talk, it makes my day!! I want you to know how much i love you and how proud i am of you!!

A few things i want to remember from the last 2 years!

-I've loved listening to you learn how to talk, i remember in such high hopes wanting you to say

"Auntie Shauna" so bad only thinking that my name is hard to pronounce, i was so proud when you finally said it

-You don't realize now, but hopefully when you are older, you will know how much you would make my day to call and just listen to you talk, whether to me or to your mommy, easten or daddy

-i so loved watching and listening to your little anecdotes, when you wanted your milk, you
would point to your mouth with one finger and make a sipping sound

-when you would call your tractors "dumm"

- when you would say "go away auntie" when i wanted to talk to you, i thought that was so funny

-when i have been able to be up in canada with you and the family, you would yell out "auntie", "auntie" i would say "ya brady", you would want my help with something or you would want to show me one of your toys, you made me feel like the most loved and luckiest auntie in the whole world.

-when i call now and hear you say "Hi, Auntie Shauna" you don't realize how much i love hearing you say that or when you say "bye, Auntie Shauna, I wove you!" it simply melts my heart!!

I haven't had the chance to experience the love that one has for there very own child, but i have experienced the true feeling of love i've felt for you and easten! You and easten are Uncle Ryan and Auntie Shauna's pride and joy in life!! We love you little boys so so much!!

You and your little brother have brought so much joy to our family!!

While i was up in Canada again for Brady's Birthday, Taras (my brother in law) birthday is a day before Brady's birthday, so we celebrated alot while we were up there, here are a few pics from the birthday bash!

This picture is so funny, he climbed into the chair, buckled himself in and starting throwing all the confetti that was on the table on the floor, it was funny. Brady had a good time.

Bridal Shower

Ryan's brother Paul is finally getting married to a great girl!! The Snow family is very excited about this! I had a bridal shower at my house for Steph, it was fun and exciting to see friends and family that came.

I wanted to do a Candy Buffet for the Shower, her colors were watermelon,white,black - if you couldn't tell, it was so fun to put this together and try to come up with candy that would match her color scheme. Thanks to my other sister in law Tracy and my Mother in law Carolyn for all there hard work as well for the shower!! It was fun and we all had a great time!! I am so happy to have another great and cute sister in law!! Thanks Steph for letting me throw you this shower!! I loved doing it for you!

Birthday!!

Mine and my brother's birthday was back in August, i'm that far behind. But i'm back and trying to catch up!!

If anyone knows me, they know i love my birthday! One of the reason's i love it is because i get to share it with someone else, my twin brother! It's been so fun to have a twin brother.

My cute hubby surprised me with tickets to go see Saltimbanco- a cirque du solie show with great friends and Saturday Night surprised me again with dinner with my brother and a surprise little get together back at our house after dinner!! Ok, i said i love my birthday but I don't like to be surprised as much, i hate all the attention on me when you first walk into a room, but needless to say it was very sweet of Ryan to do this!!

I love watching the Food Network channel and love love to see all the fun cakes they make, I have always wanted one of those fancy cakes for my birthday!! Well, you guessed it Ryan got me one, I was so excited, the girl that made the cake did an amazing job!! And it tasted so good!!!

CANADA Part II

This post is long too, that's why i wanted to do a II part of Canada!! We have the best times up there in good 'ol Canada!! There is something to say about being out in the middle of a small farm town, you don't have all the hustle and bustle going on around you like you do in the city, don't get me wrong, i think i would have a hard time living out in a small town, with no shops around, but that's what i've grown to appreciate more every time i go up there, it's nice to take a break.

There are a couple of things that i want to remember from this trip,

• My sister and I sitting on the couch once the boys were in bed, eating burritos and watching the bachelorette, it was so fun, just me and my sis!!
• When brady wants his milk, he points his finger towards his mouth and makes this sipping sound, he's letting you know he needs a drink and i think it is the cutest thing ever!
• Going to there New Property where they are going to build there house and sitting in the car under a big tree in the shade, having lunch and talking!!
• When Brady says "Go Away Auntie" for example, he will just randomly say that about something, it sounds so cute, i never want him to lose his cute little Lengo.
